Enact the Neighborhood Protection Act
To amend section 5747.01 and to enact sections 1749.01, 1749.02, and 1749.04 of the Revised Code regarding institutional investors bidding on, and the use of federal depreciation and interest deductions against the state income tax with respect to, certain residential property and to name this act the Neighborhood Protection Act.
