Recognizing the anniversary of the establishment of the United States Naval Construction Force, known as the "Seabees", and the tremendous sacrifices and contributions by the Seabees who have fought and served on behalf of our country.

This resolution recognizes the 82nd anniversary of the establishment of the U.S. Naval Construction Force known as the Seabees. The resolution also honors the courage and sacrifices of the Seabees who have perished in defense of the country and expresses gratitude for the sacrifices made by the families of the members of the Seabees.
