National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) 75th Anniversary Commemorative Coin Act This bill directs the Department of the Treasury to mint and issue $1 silver coins in recognition of the 75th anniversary of NASCAR. All surcharges received by Treasury from the sale of such coins must be paid to the NASCAR Foundation.
